Berries with Warm Lemon Thyme Honey SERVES 4

1/4 cup honey
6 lemon chyme sprigs

4 cups mixed berries (raspberries,
blackberries, scrawberries)
Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish

Place honey in small saucepan; bring to a simmer. Add thyme
sprigs; cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain honey, discarding thyme.

Pour warm Lemon Thyme Honey over berries in individual bowls.
Serve immediately Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
