2 apples, Golden Delicious or Granny Smith
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons fresh chyme leaves
Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
Core apples and cut each into y2-inch-thick slices.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat;
add apple rings and cook 4 minutes on each side or until
lightly browned. Add thyme, cover and cook over low
heat 3 minutes,or until apples are soft. Garnish with fresh
thyme sprigs.
