What should you do if you set a passcode for your iPhone or iPod touch, but can't remember what it is?
To get past this optional, but highly recommended, security feature, you'll need to restore your iOS device as described in the Tools of the Trade section at the start of this chapter (see p38). Then use the Restore option to restore data and settings, and get your mobile device back up and running again.
