Tightness and feeling of somehting in upper left side under Ribcage

I have had Colonoscopy, Endoscopy,CT /scan. They found nothing but mild diverticulitis...Still hurting and I am very scared. I don't have insurance now Doc wants to do a EUS .. Please do you think there is something serious?
