Have pain from my ankle bone up the right side of my leg and from my buttock down the back of my leg. It especially hurts when I bend over. It feels like a tightness as if something is not able to stretch. I have had knee problems and surgery about a year ago. After my morning walk it feels a little better but the pain is still there.
