Contraception - Migraines

Combination hormonal contraceptives may be considered
for non-smoking women <35 years of age
with migraine headaches without focal neurological
signs, who are otherwise healthy.
ACOG recommends clinicians consider the use of
progestin-only, intrauterine, or barrier contraceptives
for women with migraines
