next step?

I am a 20 y.o male.Ok so I have been feeling bad for the past 6 weeks. I have been feeling dizy and have felt like I am not having fluid breaths. I feel like im not filling up my lungs completely. Also, I have been having high bp which has been anywhere from 140-170/80-110 and feel like my heart rate is jumping. One minute in the upper 50's, the next in the 110's.l=. My general care doctor tested my whole endocrine system, cbc test, kidney function, chest xray, 24 hour urine sample, and a doplar of my arteries leading to the kidneys to try and make sure there is no cause of the high bp. All that work came back good. Also, back in january I had the same problem. When i went to see a doctor in january they sent me to the hospital because my ekg came back abnormal showing an enlarged heart. The hospital said I was fine so but they though i should get a echocardiogram just to be on the safe side. I had the echocardiogram and that came back normal. I went and saw a cardiologist to make sure nothing was wrong with my heart and he felt like my heart was perfectly healthy. He did a CT scan of my head too because I have been having headaches. Finally my primary care doctor referred me to a hypertensive specialist and she pretty much said I am healthy. All my test have came back good so far that I have had done on me. Pretty much every doctor I have seen has said that they dont think anything major is wrong with me. However, I still am convinced that something is wrong with me. The doctor prescribed me propanolol and citalopram. When I workout I feel very dizzy, which is not like me. Is there anymore test that I should get done. Maybe something wrong with my lungs? If not what should I do to get my mind to think I am healthy. Any suggestions on what could be?
